Pizza by the Guy was started by Adam Hansen in 2001. His intention was to introduce the “Old World” art of pizza-making to a home style restaurant in Owensboro, KY. He did so by creating authentic Italian recipes with top-quality ingredients, baked to crispy and flavorful perfection in a state-of-the-art conveyor oven. The result was a pizza reminiscent of those found in small authentic Italian restaurants, complemented by spectacular customer service.

His unique pizza includes a secret recipe of seven herbs and spices, which have become Pizza by the Guy’s trademark.
